How to Buy Tickets

You may purchase up to six tickets per booking.
Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the theater.
A ticket is required for each person. (Lap sitting is not allowed.)
No refunds or exchanges except in the event of a performance cancellation. Tickets will not be refunded due to illness.
Customers requiring wheelchair-accessible seating are requested to contact Kyodo Tokyo in advance.

Balcony Seats (LB, RB): These seats are not located side by side. Preschool children and those who require a parent or guardian are not permitted in the balcony seats.
For safety reasons, seat cushions are only available for rental on the first floor. Depending on the user’s height, we may not be able to provide a cushion.
Using tickets for commercial purposes or reselling them is strictly prohibited.
